In our Office Yoga Course, you learn and practice routines to release pain and stiffness caused usually by desk jobs. The course also includes dietary suggestions, breathing techniques, as well as an extra handout with sequences you can use at work.
When: Tuesdays 11:00-12:00 (10 sessions)
